Awesome! Joe shows the best customer service I ever gotten at an auto care center. Very knowledgeable & cares about his customer, answer all my questions & concerns perfectly Im a customer for life.

Very polite and honest. They started with less expensive option for repair. On top of saving me hundreds at payment time by being honest, that they had found less expensive part. Honesty is huge for me with any company. Update: went back and still honest n helpful.

Spartan was able to get me in, next day, for an oil change. The early drop off often works best for me, so thankful it's an option.

The addressed the car issue directly and service was quick and friendly .

I had to be towed here after my car died in the middle of a busy street on my way to work. I came in pretty stressed, especially after hearing it was my alternator that went out. I don’t remember the man’s name that helped me at the front desk, but he really took the time to explain what was needed for my car and what to prioritize in the upcoming months. Car problems are never easy to deal with, and his transparency and calm personable demeanor made me feel at ease. Thank you guys so much for helping me through an unexpected stressful day. Will definitely be coming back here in the future ❤️

Bought my son’s car to have some work done and I am so happy I did. There was full communication about my vehicle. Store manager was friendly, thorough and helpful. The mechanics were great and did an awesome job on the car. Good price for the work that was done. I would definitely recommend Sparten on State Street in Springfield they have a great team!

I've been visiting this shop for my auto care needs since the 1970s. I can easily say without duress that I trust the best judgement of this auto care center to maintain my vehicle without the thought of "being taken to the cleaners." I plan to continue to patronize this business for my future auto care needs. My vehicle is 15+ years old, and it is to be expected that things are going to start breaking down.

Polite, friendly and very clean establishment. All employees were patient and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had.

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE, UNSAFE !! THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL THAT COMPLETELY STOPPED WHEN I was at a ROUNDABOUT and all the Dashboard lights came on. Almost KILLED ME AND the Car behind me! HAD THE RENTAL less than a day!!! Completely hazardous!! When I dropped the car RENTAL off they LAUGHED, checked the car Rental and it WAS completely missing parts. Waiting FOR OWNER TO CALL ME BACK!! Would NEVER GO HERE!!! NOT SAFE

TERRIBLE , their rental car almost killed me!!! do not trust them! i had their rental for less than 13 hours and was crying on my way to drop it...

Everyone at Spartan was wonderful. I was quoted a fair price and after the work was complete they gave me an additional military discount when they recognized the Veteran plates. Any autoshop can put a woman at the register, but Lana was IN the shop, welding my exhaust, and giving my daughter a positive female role model in skilled trades. I will definitely be back.

Had a high pitch noise, which turned out to be the serpentine belt.it was replaced quickly and the noise disappeared. Pedro and crew did a excellent job

Took My 2011 Nissan juke car because my car would killed very battery I would put. Thank God the (manager Pedro) took his time to look over my car and found out it was more an electrical problem than a battery issue. After that never had a problem again thanks again Pedro for your wonderful knowledge and advice and support. Spartan is a great place to take your vehicle highly recommend.

Pedro and his team really helped me out on my car today. I found them on Google maps and glad I came in to get my car fixed - taught me a lot about what was going on and got me in and out! Thanks guys - I’ll be back for any repairs!

I have been using Spartan in West Springfield for more than 15 years. I have nothing but positive dealings with Nick (at the counter) and Mike (his lead technician). They are able to take my car usually the same day or the next day, fix it and the price is reasonable. I enjoy the New England sports memorabilia and popcorn in the showroom. I recommend taking your car here.

Felt comfortable, relaxed. Had a better experience than the previous place I visited as the other place couldn’t hear any exhaust noise. Vehicle had a crack in the exhaust pipe and the manager put it up on the lift so I could observe this. Quick easy professional repair team.

I am an Uber driver and had a problem with my air conditioner, I can't have my riders sweating on the way to their destination. I brought my car to Spartan they diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly at a fair price! I was back on the road earning money.
